We are looking to grow our team of outstanding agents to deliver our exceptional boutique-style services to our clients - We do business from Burlington to Clarington and are committed to always going above and beyond for our clients as well as finding new ways to innovate, improve, and streamline our systems and client experience.   

We are looking to grow our business and expand our service area.  So whether you are located in Toronto or somewhere in the GTA, we can help you succeed in your chosen area.


We are open to Realtors at all levels of experience.  So if you’re new to the industry, we can help you hit the ground running.  A little more experienced?  We welcome you as well - but you’ve got to prove to us that we can teach older dogs, newer tricks!

We want that go-getter agent who is energetic and eager to work with our buyer clients to find properties they love. You must also be a top-tier closer and enjoy talking to people on the phone. At Team Cori Endrody, we believe in putting opportunities in front of you, and giving you the training and support needed to be able to seize them. 

The ideal Team Member understands how to connect with folks that look to us to help them make their next move.  Most importantly you are willing to put in the work to become the “go-to” expert in our service area. 

Led by 15 yr veteran Agent, Cori Endrody, we expect excellence from our team members and are specifically looking for a high performer. We’re a small and efficient team so the right candidate will play a key role in our continued growth and expansion. We have big plans for our Team and there is plenty of opportunity to scale.

Cori, our Team Lead, is passionate about providing clients a buy/sell experience that is unparalleled in this market.  Cori is also heavily involved in the community - is a Board Member of Center 55 and hosts several community-based events.

We work hard… but we love to have fun doing it!


Specifically, we’re searching for: 

  • Licensed Realtor (at least 0-2 years experience) with an “I can do it” attitude
  • You have the confidence in your abilities but looking for training and support to take your career up a notch
  • You are tech savvy (or at least willing to embrace new tech)
  • You understand the value of social platforms and are active in them.  Agents on our team are active on social (we can help there too!)
  • You pitch in when needed and are always willing to help and add value where possible
  • You have to have a great sense of humour.  We laugh.  Alot.  We think work should fun AND productive 


What you’ll do:

  • Respond to new leads promptly and provide consistent follow-up using our proven system 
  • In addition to the internet leads provided, you will do the work to generate your own leads (we can help!)
  • Manage leads in our CRM (Follow Up Boss), set, complete and manage all tasks for clients as well as track all client communication
  • Perform in-person or virtual Buyer Consultations
  • Conduct and manage home searches for buyers based on their criteria (but never too afraid to think outside of the box)
  • Schedule and execute showings, write, submit and negotiate offers and oversee the entire closing process
  • Stay current on trends in the market and provide sound information and education to clients
  • Assist with and learn to master the listing process
  • Provide scheduled Team Agent coverage (energy swap model)
  • Conduct Open Houses (virtual or in person)

  • Realtor license in good standing
  • Speak and write fluent English (other languages are a bonus!)
  • Laptop Computer
